Salon Policies
At Haus of Locks, we believe in clear, fair, and flexible policies.
Please review the following before booking your appointment.
By scheduling with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
If you have any questions, please contact your stylist directly.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We understand that life happens! To respect both our clients and stylists, please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.

The fee must be paid before rebooking.

Guests who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment, and a cancellation fee may apply. This ensures fairness to all clients and keeps our stylists on schedule.
Refunds & Redos
All services are non-refundable. However, if you are unhappy with your results, please contact your stylist within 72 hours of your appointment.
We’re happy to schedule a corrective service if the issue was due to stylist error.
Corrections are not offered for change-of-mind situations or after 72 hours.
Our goal is for every guest to leave happy—please reach out if something doesn’t feel right!
Service Guarantee
Your hair is only guaranteed (insured) when you invest in the recommended shampoo and conditioner purchased directly from The Salon.
Redo Policy Exceptions
Some guests do not qualify for complimentary redos, even when using the recommended products. This includes:

Guests receiving color correction services

Guests who have used box color in the past 2 years

Guests working toward multi-session color goals

Guests who adjust their own hair or have another stylist alter it
Guests in these categories will be charged for any adjustments.
Independent Stylists
Haus of Locks is primarily a booth-rental salon.
Each stylist is an independent contractor who manages their own pricing, scheduling, and services.
All payments, questions, or adjustments should be directed to your stylist directly.
Children
We strive to maintain a relaxing and professional environment.
While we understand childcare can be challenging, please keep children calm and entertained during visits.
If a child becomes disruptive to other guests’ experiences, you may be asked to reschedule.
